Neighborhood Rehabilitation

This program will constitute approximately thirty percent of the organization’s efforts. Neighborhood Rehabilitation will be characterized by the purchase and rehabilitation of dilapidated housing and vacant lots, transforming them to meet present standards and codes. These properties will be then sold to the working poor. This program will intercept the downward direction of the community, shifting it towards growth and prosperity.
